Brides - Appointments are required on Saturday, and we encourage our brides to make an appointment Monday through Friday. Appointments will be serviced first, so if you walk-in you may have to wait for a bridal consultant to assist you.  Bridal appointments are alloted 1  hour time slots.  No bridal appointments are available on Sunday. 

It is important for us to provide a memorable experience for every bride, so we ask that
children under the age of 10 not accompany you on your bridal appointment.

Bridesmaid Fitting/Try-Ons - We do require an appointment if you are planning to have your entire wedding party measured and sized at the same time.  Bridesmaid appointments are alloted 30 minutes - 1 hour depending on the size of the party.

 Tuxedo - We do require an appointment if you are planning to have your entire wedding party measured and sized at the same time.  If the wedding party will be coming in individually on their free time, an appointment is not required.  Prom tuxedos do not require an appointment.

Prom/Formal Wear - We do not require appointments for prom or formal wear shopping.  You are more than welcome to come by during our store hours to shop. 

Yes.  We do allow walk-ins, but only if a dressing room is open and there are no other appointments on the schedule.  It is in your best interest, and out of courtesy to others, to schedule an appointment.  Those with appointments will be given first priority over walk-ins.

We ask that you limit the number of friends/family to 3 or less.  We have found that if you bring more than 3 people with you, it is too hard for you to focus on what you, the bride, likes, and you focus on what your friends/family like.

Bridal - You can get your wedding dress the same day you come in!!  We sell our dresses from the rack.  However, if we have to order a gown you will need about 4-6 months.  Some designers do offer a rush delivery service starting at $75 and up.  Most brides purchase their gowns 6-12 months in advance to allow time for any alterations that may be needed, steaming/pressing, and bridal portraits to be taken prior to the wedding day.

 Bridesmaid Dresses - Bridesmaid dresses have a normal delivery time of 12 weeks.  We recommend that bridesmaid orders are placed 4-6 months prior to the wedding date.  Some designers do offer a rush delivery starting at $15 and up.  For those last minute brides, we do offer a few brands that keep good stock of bridesmaid dresses in their warehouse.  However, the colors and styles are usually limited.  We also sell bridesmaid dresses off the rack.

Tuxedo orders must be placed at least 14 days prior to the event date.  Orders placed within 14 days of the event date are subject to a late ordering fee.  For emergency single orderes, we do keep a few styles on hand that can be rented out if we are unable to have a tuxedo/suit delivered in time for your event.

At this time, we do offer alteration services.  If we happen to be booked we will provide you with a list of qualified seamstresses in the area that have experience with bridal & formal wear alterations.

Please wear clean undergarments, preferably the same ones that you will be wearing on your special day.  Please do not wear a lot of makeup.  We ask that you remove your jewelry while trying on dresses to avoid snagging or ripping the material.  We try to keep our gowns in pristine condition as we do sell a lot of our stock pieces right off the rack.

Yes, we do offer a layaway plan.
